Welcome to www.bhaktivanam.com (“Bhakti Vanam”). Bhakti Vanam is owned and operated by Bhakti Vanam Digital Services Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.

Bhakti Vanam enables and facilitates, inter alia:

(i) Devotees to book religious sevas with temples or individual purohits / pandits or trusts / societies / companies (“Campaigners”) and get sevas performed virtually
(ii) Devotees to donate to Campaigners for annadanam, goseva, temple construction, or dakshina
(iii) Marketing and outreach for the foregoing campaigns and facilitating bookings or donations for Campaigners
(iv) Certain campaigns may be initiated by Bhakti Vanam itself in partnership with reputed temples or individual purohits / pandits or trusts / societies / companies; in such scenarios, Bhakti Vanam shall be deemed to be the Campaigner

These Terms of Use govern Your access to and use of all content, functionality, and services offered on or through Bhakti Vanam.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Bhakti Vanam (“You” or “Your”), You accept and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. The Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, govern Bhakti Vanam’s relationship with You.
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before proceeding. By using Bhakti Vanam, You declare Your willingness to abide by these Terms of Use. If You do not agree, please do not use Bhakti Vanam.
These Terms of Use may be updated at the sole discretion of Bhakti Vanam without prior intimation and shall be effective immediately upon being posted. Your continued use of Bhakti Vanam shall constitute acceptance of such changes. These Terms of Use shall be enforceable against You in the same manner as any written agreement.

Scope of Services

Bhakti Vanam allows devotees to book various auspicious sevas online to be performed by Campaigners of their choice. Devotees can book sevas conveniently from their homes through the platform.
The booking process is simple and hassle-free, with multiple sevas to choose from. Once the seva is performed, devotees may receive updates such as messages or videos wherever applicable.
Devotees may also donate towards annadanam, goseva, and temple construction initiatives offered by Campaigners.

Campaigner Verification Disclaimer

Bhakti Vanam performs a prima facie verification of Campaigners’ stated objectives at its discretion, including KYC verification through registration documents and government-issued identity proofs.
However, You acknowledge and agree that Bhakti Vanam does not conduct detailed or in-depth verification of the authenticity or genuineness of Campaigners. Bhakti Vanam makes no representations regarding the accuracy or legitimacy of Campaigners’ information and shall not be liable for any transactions undertaken between Devotees and Campaigners.

Warranties

Bhakti Vanam is intended only for Indian users and does not facilitate transactions for non-Indian passport holders. By using the platform, Devotees represent and warrant that they hold a valid Indian passport and shall not attempt to book sevas or make donations if they do not meet this requirement.
Campaigners represent and warrant that they comply with the provisions of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA).
In accordance with the FCRA, the following persons are not permitted to receive foreign contributions (as amended from time to time) :
1.Candidates for election
2.Correspondents, columnists, cartoonists, editors, owners, printers, or publishers of registered newspapers
3.Judges, government servants, or employees of government-controlled bodies
4.Members of any legislature
5.Political parties or their office bearers
6.Organizations of a political nature as specified by the Central Government
7.Associations or companies involved in production or broadcast of news or current affairs through any media
8.Correspondents, editors, or owners of such associations or companies

General Provisions

These Terms of Use constitute the complete agreement between You and Bhakti Vanam and supersede all prior communications or agreements, whether written or oral.
Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to create any partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between You and Bhakti Vanam.
Bhakti Vanam may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, third party, or as part of any restructuring, merger, or acquisition without prior notice.
Any notice under these Terms shall be delivered electronically to support@bhaktivanam.com or to the email address provided by You. You consent to receiving electronic communications for all notices related to these Terms.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with a booking, please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy below.
Order Cancellation Rights Cancellations are generally not permitted. However, in cases where an order was booked by mistake or duplicated due to a technical issue from the payment gateway partner, You may raise a cancellation request by emailing Info@bhaktivanam.com within 3 days of booking.
Bhakti Vanam reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at its sole discretion.
Conditions for Refund Sevas that have already been performed are non-refundable

Sevas booked but not yet performed may be canceled only in accordance with the cancellation terms stated above
